Projektą koordinuoja ir administruoja VšĮ Lietuvos plaukimo federacijos informacijos ir paslaugų biuras. Projektą finansuoja Kūno kultūros ir sporto departamentas, Lietuvos mokinių neformaliojo švietimo centras, prekybos tinklas Maxima ir miestų, kuriuose vyksta projektas savivaldybės.
